Transforming Urgent Problems into Structural Solutions

The Unicist Evolutionary Approach (UEA), which emulates nature, fosters growth and ensures results by using concepts, fundamentals, maximal and minimum strategies with the corresponding binary actions and the use of business objects. As part of our partnering policy, the unicist technologies are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Functional Strategies vs. Empirical Strategies

Functional strategy building introduced an upgrade in the strategy building process. While empirical strategies are based on the knowledge of the know-how of businesses, functional strategies are based on the integration of the know-why with the know-how.

Empirical strategies are developed based on multiple unidirectional cause-effect actions, while the functional strategic approach is based on the use of synchronized binary actions that allow developing maximal and minimum strategies. This applies to business, marketing, organizational, financial and competitive strategies.

Unicist Binary Actions

The scientific breakthroughs introduced at The Unicist Research Institute allowed increasing adaptiveness, growth and profitability by managing the root causes of processes, conceptual management and the organization by roles and objects.

The Organizational Labs are solution factories to improve adaptive business processes that are based on the knowledge of the structure of their concepts and fundamentals, which define their functionality. The services of the Organizational Labs might be outsourced.

This model is based on the design of the business processes, integrating, roles and business objects to achieve the objectives that have been established.

Development of Collaborative R&D Projects

The Organizational Labs are installed based on the development of collaborative R&D projects that ensure their functionality and allow transferring the technology.

These activities are developed in In-house solution building factories that use the technologies included in the Unicist Functional Designers.

All the projects are based on the generation of positive cashflow for the clients.

The Unicist Organizational Lab includes:

A Root Cause Finder

This module provides the methodology to find and deal with triggering causes, limit causes and root causes to develop solutions for problems in adaptive business environments.

The R&D process on business functions allowed finding the concepts and fundamentals that define the unified field of their functionality and developing a knowledge base to solve business problems.

A Process Design Module

This module allows designing processes, projects, systems and solutions in adaptive environments that require managing the concepts involved to ensure the results to be obtained. This process design module ensures the functionality of a solution.

The process includes the definition of roles, business objects and maximal and minimum synchronic actions to ensure the achievement of results.

A Business Objects Builder

Unicist Business Objects are proven solutions based on the use of the unicist ontological algorithms included in the Unicist Standard that can be installed in processes in order to save energy and increase quality to produce results.

Unicist business objects are encapsulated adaptive systems that produce predefined results that can be inserted in work processes to increase productivity and quality and to save energy.

A Quality Assurance Module

The quality assurance module defines the necessary quality assurance for the processes that are being designed.

The purpose of quality assurance is to always have an alternative system to develop any activity. Adaptive processes require using quality assurance to manage the feedback from the environment and ensure the generation of value.

A Pilot Testing Module

The pilot testing module uses two different tests:

Pilot tests are developed as destructive and non-destructive tests that drive the reflection processes to find the root causes of problems and confirm the functionality of the solutions.

Expert Systems to manage Business Processes

The Expert Systems were developed at The Unicist Research Institute to develop solutions in the field of adaptive business processes that are feedback dependent.

They are updated using the Unicist Artificial Intelligence to expand the knowledge based on the experiences of the system.

The Unicist Artificial Intelligence implies the integration of data-based AI and fundamentals-based AI.

The Unicist Research Institute

The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) is a world leader in its segment. Since 1976, it has been specialized in complexity sciences applied to the research on the roots of evolution and its application to social, institutional, business and individual evolution. TURI has a business arm, an academic arm and a social arm. www.unicist.org
