Entrepreneurial leadership: the ontology of coaching

Coaching is an essential aspect of the role of leaders.

Therefore the coaching process cannot be incompatible with the assumption of responsibilities and does not change the solitude of a leader.

Decision processes are ruined when coaching interferes or protects a leader from solitude.

Unicist coaching implies (imagine a coach in sports) technical counseling, catalyzing the activity of the coachee and inhibiting the entropy of the conflicts that are implicit in the activity of a leader.

Therefore coaches need to be experts in the field they are coaching (tennis, basket, football, etc.), they need know how to drive the activity to a higher level (which produces the acceleration), which conflicts will naturally occur and how they can be anticipated, minimized and managed.
