Lecture on Ethical Intelligence to Develop Markets

We invite you to organize a lecture on Ethical Intelligence in Business led by Diana Belohlavek. It will change the view of efficacy in leadership.

The discovery of ethical intelligence made by Peter Belohlavek at The Unicist Research Institute opened new possibilities to influence individuals’ evolution.

Ethical intelligence in business defines the value adding possibilities, the influence on the environment, time management, strategic planning and focusing.

A business is consistent when the individuals dealing with it have the ethics required by the activity.

When the ethics is inferior to what is needed, it necessarily inhibits growth installing a “business growth virus” in the organization.

If the ethics used by individuals is superior to what is needed, they install a “business profit virus” in the organization that increases costs and affects profitability.

The lecture can be live or virtual. In both cases it includes debates. To minimize the cost the virtual lecture is recommended.

Only doers can develop strategies

Only doers can develop strategies. The more challenging the problem is the more sense of doing they have. Therefore doers are the individuals that naturally face complex problems to solve them.

Doers are recognized for their deeds. They have self-criticism that makes their continuous improvement possible. Doers do their self-criticism after having finished their work.

They are individuals that basically produce their deeds based on their need of self-actualization and esteem that provides the necessary conditions to develop them. They do not hesitate in finding any way to develop a solution.

Doers discuss solutions searching for their foundations, pseudo doers, on the other hand, discuss “egos” using justifications. That is why doers are great learners and multipliers in an organization.

Sometimes doers are seen as workaholics. But in fact what they are is “deedaholics”. Work is a pastime for them. The value is not in the work, it is in the deed.
