Technological innovation is basic in most of the businesses. Competition implies having better ways to produce results than the competitor. Simplifying is the key to compete in large and small organizations. But simplifying doesn’t mean making things the easy way. It requires a great effort to simplify a process. Both conservatives and hedonists try to avoid this effort because of opposite reasons. Conservatives think there is no need to change and hedonists are not willing to make the effort. That is why unicist innovation management implies inhibiting the influence of conservatives and hedonists during the implementation of an innovation. They can only participate after having seen the experience made by others.
