What made the unicist approach to management possible?

Alliances of the Corporate University with Business Schools

From today on Diana Belohlavek will be managing the alliances of The Unicist Corporate University with Business Schools worldwide.

The objective is to develop the Unicist Standard Technology Transfer Programs for individuals worldwide.

The technology transfer programs include:
– Unicist Business Strategy
– Unicist Strategic Diagnostics Program
– Unicist Business Groups

The technologies are transferred to the participants for personal use.

Diana Belohlavek’s brief:

Diana Belohlavek is currently the VP for Knowledge Management & Communication at The Unicist Research Institute.
Her postgraduate studies were in research methodologies at The Unicist Corporate University.
One of the personal interests that has influenced her professional career the most has been the study of myths from an anthropological point of view.
She was a swimmer and a triathlete. Her research work has allowed her to integrate her competitive experience in sports with her personal development and institutional management.
Diana Belohlavek is a member of the Executive Committee of The Unicist Research Institute and the Unicist Confederation. She is also member of the Unicist Confedertion’s Partners Admission Committee.
She is a lecturer in the field of unicist technologies and unicist thinking. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Unicist International Conferences.

Unicist Management implies dealing with Adaptive Systems

Management implies integrating hardware, software and peopleware. This requires using an integrative logic to make it possible; this is what the Unicist Logic is about.

The Unicist Logic establishes the formal rules to integrate the above mentioned elements in adaptive systems to ensure the achievement of results.

Maurice Blondel announced a century ago that some day a logical structure would be developed capable of integrating the preexisting logical models. That is the case of the Unicist Logic.

Unicist Standard Language in Business Management

Energy saving in management requires dealing with the nature of a business. The Unicist Standard is needed to deal with the nature of management. It allows using object driven management to optimize the business processes.

The Unicist Standard Language is necessary to deal with the Unicist Standard.

“Dealing with Human Adaptive Systems necessarily is driven by complexity. Adaptive systems are complex in themselves but dealing with human adaptive systems adds a new complex component which is the ambiguity implicit in human behavior.

The existence of conscious and non-conscious aspects of human behavior produces naturally the existence of an ambiguous environment.

The purpose of adaptive system management is to influence human adaptive systems using the object driven technologies included in the Unicist Standard.

The development of the Unicist Standard Language was necessary to provide a context in order to understand, communicate and influence the management of human adaptive systems.”

Dealing with ambiguity in Unicist Business Management

Ambiguity always appears in an individuals mind when he has decided to grasp the nature of an adaptive system in order to exert influence on it. Adaptive systems are complex having to univocal cause-effect relations that allow exerting disruptive external influence.

Reality appears ambiguous when a person tries to apprehend the nature of an adaptive system, having the sound knowledge and experience in the field. Without having the knowledge reality appears uncertain.

In this case ambiguity exists and the individual needs to understand the double meaning that appears in her/his mind in order to exert the necessary influence on reality.

Success depends on individuals’  capacity to transform ambiguous inputs into concrete operational outputs.
