The Era of Conceptualization

The Era of Conceptualization became necessary after most of the operational problems became manageable by technology and became possible due to the discovery of the structure of the intelligence of nature that allowed finding the structure of the concepts that drive human actions.

The development of projects, systems or any kind of solutions in adaptive environments requires managing the concepts involved in order to ensure the results to be obtained. The conceptual design ensures the functionality of a solution.

The unicist approach to human behavior is based on the fact that human actions are driven by the concepts they have. Therefore, any time an individual becomes influenced, the “Conceptual Short-Term Memory” (CSTM) becomes activated to apprehend the “gist” of the message.

The unicist approach to human behavior is based on the fact that human actions are driven by the concepts they have. Therefore, any time an individual becomes influenced, the “Conceptual Short-Term Memory” (CSTM) becomes activated to apprehend the “gist” of the message.

Thus, unicist conceptual design becomes necessary to ensure results in adaptive environments by managing the fundamentals of the solutions, defining the necessary functions that are integrated as a unified field and ending with the definition of a dynamic process architecture.

This process includes the definition of roles, business objects and maximal and minimum synchronic actions to ensure the achievement of results.

The purpose of conceptual design is to define the process architecture of the solution. To make this solution possible, it is necessary to be able to emulate it in mind.

Emulating in mind requires envisioning the final picture of the process and the results that will be achieved. This requires having the knowledge of the fundamentals of the process and a solution thinking approach that allows building the solution.

The emulation of the solution becomes possible if the conceptual knowledge of the solution is available.

The conceptual knowledge requires managing the ontogenetic map that defines the functionality of the concept that drives the solution.

Thus conceptual design implies integrating the emulation of the solution and the conceptual knowledge of the process to build the process architecture.

It is necessary to be aware of the concept of a given reality in order to be able to assume the responsibility for producing results in adaptive environments. Those who cannot emulate the structure of concepts can only assume the responsibility of operational tasks or use their preconcepts to develop an activity.

The discovery of the behavioral objects explained how concepts guide conscious actions. They integrate the available data in the long-term memory, which includes the semantic, episodic and procedural memory. This explained that the capacity to emulate in “mind” the external reality depends on the level of conceptualization of an individual. The level of conceptualization expands through practice.

Client Centered Management: the model to grow using Maximal Strategies

Client Centered Management is a model that catalyzes market expansion processes. It is part of the unicist natural organization model. The natural organization is a meta-model in itself that integrates the organization that is needed for the business and the market, the client orientation and the personalization of the work processes.

Client Centered ManagementClient Centered Management needs to be established to drive actions towards the end client and then the personal organization needs to be used in order to ensure the fulfillment of the organizational roles.

The functionality of the Client Centered Management model is driven and catalyzed by the use of business objects that save energy and make processes simpler and more effective.

You can access the unicist logical approach to businesses at:
http://www.unicist.org/repo/#Unicist

Thus CCM is the natural model for business expansion. It has to be considered that it requires business objects driven processes and a role model that allows managing responsibilities.

CCM uses Object Driven Organization

Nature, as a paradigmatic complex adaptive system, is organized by objects. The unicist organizational approach is based on emulating nature to manage businesses as adaptive systems.

The unicist object driven organization is the natural way to organize based on the knowledge of the ontogenetic maps of a business and its functions. It implies integrating business objects in the business processes that allow managing the adaptive aspects of businesses accelerating processes while saving energy.

Object driven marketing, object driven strategy, object driven management, object driven continuous improvement, object driven negotiation and object driven leadership are paradigmatic examples of the object driven organization.

This worked well when the influence of the actions allowed dominating the environment and failed when this was not the case.

CCM is a management model that was developed to establish the rules for an optimum use of the company’s energy so as to satisfy its internal and external clients and catalyze business expansion. When talking about the external client in the company we necessarily refer to the customer and the shareholder. CCM is a meta-model to provide result-assurance, client orientation and secure added value to an organization. It is the natural model to expand businesses.

The Unicist Ontogenetic Map of Negotiations

Negotiations are the actions where the diplomatic power is transformed into concrete value. A negotiation is a process where synergy between parts is achieved finding the complementation and the space where non-conflictive relations are possible.

To deal with the nature of negotiations it is necessary to clarify the nature of conflicts that underlies.

It can be said that there are four basic conflicts between humans:

Evolution conflicts: These are complementation conflicts that result from the mutual difference between the parts.

Involution conflicts: These are the conflicts that result from the supplementation of the colliding strengths between the parts.

Authority conflicts: They result from the need of the parts to prevail in some field.

Absence of conflict: This is the consequence of needing to avoid conflicts because their consequences cannot be faced.

Therefore there are different types of negotiations that are the consequence of the types of conflicts prevailing and how they are solved. The particular characteristic of the negotiation process is that while the individual negotiations that integrate this process are taxonomically driven, each one of them works as a unit.

Discovery of the Unicist Ontology of Brand/Image Building

The discovery of the Unicist Ontology of Brand Building defined the nature of the functionality of the building of a Critical Mass, a Promise and a Prove of Credibility in the evolution of brands.

Unicist Brand BuildingA “Brand” was defined as the materialization of the image of a living being or an unanimated entity. The brand is installed in mind as an iconic symbol that can be a name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies the entity.

Brands work when they are installed in the long term memory of an individual which produces an automated recall of attributes when the iconic symbol of the brand is perceived.

Brands are paradigmatic ambiguous semiotic signs which have two integrated meanings that need to be within their attributes. Iconic symbols are the guiding signs that drive towards the perception of the attributes of a brand.

On the one hand, a brand implies a promise of something that is going to happen, and on the other hand, it includes a “prove of credibility” that makes the promise believable.

The brand identifies the role of an entity. That is why brands are necessarily functional and their functionality is limited to the role of the entity.

The purpose of a brand is to generate a critical mass to influence people in order to install a preconceived perception in their memory. That is why brands work as catalysts or inhibitors of actions.

The Introduction to avoid Building a Butterfly Company

Butterfly companies are unstable organizations that are unable to work as institutions. They might be the consequence of an unstable market or the need of the owners to avoid the separation between them and the company.

When they are based on unstable markets there might be two different situations:

1)      It is the natural consequence of the market, for example unique projects.

2)      It is the consequence of the market instability of a country or region.

In the first case there is no butterfly company, just a transitory business that doesn’t pretend to work as an institution.

In the second case there is a butterfly company that tends to disappear when the conjuncture changes. The permanent threat of the market hinders the separation of the company from its owner so the company cannot evolve but based on the owner’s actions.

Archetypical butterfly companies are those working in stable markets but not separated from their owners.

Their purpose is to obtain profit at any price having the necessary conjunctural justifications to obtain it and exerting the necessary power to ensure it.

Unicist Adaptive System Design in Businesses

The Unicist Standard for adaptive systems design implies an upgrade in work organization. It establishes the basic conditions to design work, organizational and institutional processes.

When the work is individual the system might be in the mind of the worker. This is the case of artisans, artists, etc. But when the work is developed with the participation of others, the systems are part of the organizational structure of the group.

The Unicist Standard defines that the purpose of an organization is to manage the hardware, software and peopleware involved in the working processes. That is what we have named “Object Driven Management”.

To achieve this purpose it is necessary to put it into action through an object driven organization that allows emulating the organization of nature but with the technology that is available.

To ensure the management process organizations need to have an immune system to ensure that the object driven organization can fulfill its purpose.

Business reactive growth: Counter-cyclical strategies

Counter-cyclical strategies are a way to develop structural growth beyond the existing boundaries of a business or the beginning of a structural crisis recovery. They are the way reactive growth actions are implemented.

The building of counter-cycles implies the existence of a new ethic and an expectancy that “something is going to happen now”.

The expectancy is the action driver and the new ethic is the energy conservation function that ensures the counter-cycle to work.

Counter-cycles work by niches. This implies a hard work to be developed finding the niches that need an expansion.

In a crisis everybody appears to need an expansive action, but only few believe that they are able to do it.

Therefore it is necessary to select the niches that are mentally prepared to accept a counter-cyclical approach in order to deal with the adequate segment.

Maximal strategies require that the proposed solution be expected, actors that offer the solution be trusted and that there is the necessary credibility.

Frequently, the leaders that had to face the crisis at the beginning are not credible to propose a counter-cyclical solution. This happens both in the private and in the public sector.

Credibility is the catalyst of the beginning of any counter-cycle. At this stage “prove” of credibility is the price that has to be paid.

Without “prove” that a counter-cycle works, it is only another bubble in the pathway until the crisis has been overcome.

The unicist logical approach to solve complex problems

The solution of complex business problems requires approaching their dynamic. To approach the dynamic of a complex problem it is needed to use a double dialectical logic that allows emulating it and solving it using the unicist logical approach.

The unicist logical approach is based on the definition of what is possible to be achieved based on the knowledge of its nature and the systemic knowledge to define its quantitative characteristics to make it happen.

The unicist approach uses plans A, B, C and D
to make things happen

Plan A
The use of plan A is based on the knowledge of the ontogenetic map of what has to be achieved and the use of the operational actions to achieve it.

Plan B
The use of plan B, in case of failure of plan A, is based on the knowledge of the ontogenetic map of the solution and the use of entropy inhibitors.

Plan C
The use of plan C, in case of failure of plan B, is based on the knowledge of the ontogenetic map of the solution, the use of the necessary entropy inhibitors and the use of a process catalyst.

Plan D
Plan D is the plan to abort the process in case of failure of plans A, B and C. It includes the opening of a new plan A in a homologous field.

Using Plans A, B, C and D makes project management professional, reliable, transparent and knowledge driven.

The Use of Gravitational Objects to Make Things Happen

Social gravitational objects are adaptive processes that have been organized as autonomous entities to provide an authoritative context to sustain specific actions.

Gravitational ObjectsThey define the role of the wide context that influences actions or objects and do not belong to the system they are influencing.

Examples of social gravitational objects are: religious commandments, constitutions of countries, cultures, institutions, works of artists, scientific works, etc.

On the one hand, gravitational objects need to foster freedom in order to be bearable. This implies that they need to open possibilities of actions for those who are being influenced. Gravitational objects that intend to force predefined behaviors are unbearable and generate opposition.

On the other hand, these gravitational objects have to provide a security framework for the actions that are being influenced. This framework provides a conceptual action guide to take advantage of the possibilities that are being fostered.

In order to work, structural actions need to be based on gravitational objects. Conjunctural actions can be done without them but leave no trace in the environment. Their consequences vanish as soon as the actions were finished.

Why use the Unicist Double Dialectical Logic?

The unicist double dialectical logic uses the dualistic operation of neurons to build a mental emulation of the structure of nature that allows dealing with the adaptive aspects of reality, managing the integration of their double dialectical behavior. Unicist thinking is the name given to the process that allows building the double dialectical logic.

Unicist thinking allows emulating in mind the structure of adaptive aspects of reality in order to manage them. It provides the necessary operating system to manage adaptive systems to expand the boundaries of businesses and infer future scenarios in order to adapt to them.

It is necessary to diagnose, build strategies and design business architectures. It provides the structure to understand the fundamentals of businesses and integrate the fundamental knowledge with the technical analytical knowledge to make decisions.

The unicist reflection process: action-reflection-action is the technology to be used to transform dualistic logical approaches into unicist double dialectical approaches in order to define complex adaptive systems. This technology allows starting with the use of disjunctions “OR” and ending with the use of conjunctions “AND”.

It is an upgrade that is up to you…
