Unicist Functional Design Program (Fully Sponsored)

This program was developed to provide a functional technology that allows building value adding strategies and enables the installation of the adaptability of business processes required by the 4th industrial revolution. It is for people who are interested in going beyond the operational aspects of their activities.

It is developed by the Unicist Corporate University, the academic arm of The Unicist Research Institute, that is the world leading research organization in its segment since 1976.

The program is fully sponsored by The Unicist Research Institute and is part of the Microeconomics driven Development program organized by The Unicist School. It is for young professionals that recently entered the business world, to simplify their access to the next stage that is being opened by the 4th Industrial Revolution. https://www.unicist.net/economics/participate/

The Unicist Functional Design Program provides the information that allows managing the unicist functional design of business processes while the participants develop real solutions. The program includes the delivery of the Unicist Functional Designer (UFD) and the documentation with the protocols to be used.

Adopting the Unicist Functional Design

Functional design is focused on the value of processes, while operational design is focused on the processes themselves. Functional design includes operational design but not vice versa.

Operational design is based on the know-how of processes, while functional design is based on the integration of the know-how and the know-why of processes.

The unicist functional design is based on the use of the ontogenetic maps that define the functionality of adaptive entities whatever their kind.

The output of any functional design is the definition of the operational design that includes the use of synchronized binary actions, the use of catalysts and the inclusion of business objects to increase productivity and quality.

Content of the Functional Design Program

  1. The management of possibilities
  2. Development of functional and operational diagnoses
  3. Design of strategies to manage the adaptability of business processes
  4. Management of the fundamentals of business processes
  5. The design of the functionality of processes
  6. Management of the operationality of solutions
  7. Installation of binary actions to ensure results
  8. The use of business objects to ensure operationality and reduce costs
  9. The design and installation of catalysts to accelerate processes
  10. The use of pilot testing of solutions and unicist reflection to solve problems

Characteristics of the Program

The learning of the functionalist approach requires that the participants be exposed to real actions producing real solutions.

As part of the program, the participants receive a functional design tool to develop the real solutions.

This program uses the unicist reflection driven education that is based on an action-reflection-action processes where people learn to manage concepts while solving business problems using their ontogenetic maps.

The program uses unicist functional designers to develop the solution of problems in adaptive environments. They simplify the building of adaptive solutions based on the use of the concepts and fundamentals of processes, an intuitive approach based on the experience of the users and a pilot testing approach that ensures the functionality of results.

The Reflection Space

The unicist reflection education model is based on the use of the unicist functional designers, protocols and methods that allow building solutions and strategies in adaptive environments. The reflection sessions drive the learning of adaptive solution building.

The Use of the Unicist Functional Designer

The Unicist Functional Designer is the unicist logical tool to design actions in adaptive environments. It is based on a unicist ontological approach that allows managing the functionality and operation of adaptive systems.

The Unicist Business Strategy Designer is a unicist ontological tool that can be easily applied to any design in the social, economic, business, and personal fields.

The Unicist Functional Designer is based on the use of the ontogenetic maps that define the functionality of adaptive entities whatever their kind.

The input to the system is the conceptual structure of the functionality of an entity and the output is the definition of the conceptual design, the definition of the binary actions and their synchronicity and the design of business objects.
