Businesses: The paradox of high IQ individuals

The intelligence quotient (IQ) measures the capacity of individuals to deal with dualistic logic that allows them to recognize patterns of the external environment. The higher the IQ of an individual, the more variables of the external reality s/he is able to manage and the more complications s/he can apprehend.

This characteristic makes high IQ individuals notorious systemic problem solvers. But, paradoxically, this is a handicap to deal with complex problems, those problems that have open boundaries in which their components do not have dualistic relationships but are the integration of the conjunctions of elements with multiple biunivocal relationships.

It has to be considered that the brain is an extremely energy consuming organ of the human body. Therefore the brain always uses the less energy consuming solution to adapt to reality. The use of the IQ of an individual is, without doubt, the less energy consuming solution which is functional if it is a systemic problem but dysfunctional if the problem is complex.

High IQ individuals spontaneously generate palliatives, like statistics, to deal with complexity. This allows them to avoid facing the nature of problems when they are complex. In extreme cases, they sustain their solutions based on a superiority complex they build in order to avoid facing the real world and build a parallel reality where their IQ is functional.

Problems are systemic or complex in themselves. It is not a matter of perception or opinion. Social and business realities are a complex problem in themselves which requires having the necessary mental model to apprehend them. This mental model is defined by the double dialectical logic. When dealing with complexity, the intelligence quotient of an individual is just a threshold to apprehend the elements of reality, which needs to have been overcome.

We invite you to access the unicist double dialectical logic:

Unicist Strategy: The Archetype of the USA

The Archetype of the USA is a paradigmatic example of how a culture can be leading in the world while strengthening its identity.

For this case, it is strongly recommended listening to the lecture you can find at:
http://www.unicistinstitute.net/blog/unicist-future-research-the-archetype-of-the-usa/

Based on the research on the Archetype of the USA, its purpose is growth and its active function is given by the propensity to dare while achieving its “dream” within a credibility context.

The Maximal strategy implies that the culture is driven by daring actions to achieve its cultural “dream” within an institutionalized context.

The catalyst of the evolution of the American archetype is its institutionalization that accelerates its evolution. Institutionalization is materialized in the democratic rules of the society.

The icon of the cultural dream is the American Flag. Daring implies doing in terms of concrete operational actions to achieve growth and surpass the well-being achieved by the preceding generations.

The social pressure towards growth within a context of being a leading culture in the world generates uncertainty in the coming generations that fosters the need for addictions to avoid the responsibility to produce growth.

The minimum strategy of the archetype fosters thinking, driven by the personal objectives and within the limits of the personal credibility. That is why the USA archetype includes a multi-minority approach.

This minimum strategy provides the necessary context to develop hard technologies that sustain the economic activities of the maximal strategy.

Personal credibility is the entropy inhibitor of the American archetype. As wealth sustains the perception of security, personal credibility requires having solved the necessary financial situation that makes an individual credible.

Daring, dreaming, credibility and thinking integrated to achieve growth require a strong ethical environment that needs to be sustained by the judiciary system. Lying is unacceptable because it destroys the credibility and transparency of the archetype.

Understanding and respecting the archetype of the USA will be extremely useful to develop global and local businesses.

Unicist Future Research: The Archetype of the USA

The archetype of the USA explains why it is a leading country in the world, its innovation capacity in hard technologies and its cultural influence.

In the short or the long run a culture behaves according to its nature. Understanding the nature of a culture allows forecasting its future.

Please try to structure the information of this archetype. Please reflect on the information of the following lecture and try to read between and “behind” the lines.

Listening to the lecture is strongly recommended: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3VU9jrmsjY

We also recommend to Google “unicist theory of evolution” or “unicist ontology of evolution” to access the information on the unicist standard in future research.

This exercise is extremely difficult for citizens of this country because they are naturally culture-blind. The exceptions are individuals trained in approaching the ontology of social behavior.

In two weeks you will find the answer on this blog.

The golden rule for generational evolution

Successors need to overcome their parents. That is the golden rule for social and individual evolution. This implies that the evolution of the next generation depends on its capacity to build upon what already exists.

Metaphorically it can be said that in evolutionary cultures the roof of the parents is the floor of their children. In involutionary cultures the roof of the children is the floor of their parents.

To build upon the existing establishment it is necessary that we all improve the implicit weaknesses of what we have inherited. Extreme competition with the inherited establishment drives to a never ending story of frustration and entropy.

The reading of Diana Belohlavek’s book on Talent development is strongly recommended.

The speed of a culture has to be considered as given

Speed can be measured in terms of the quantity of actions that are developed in a chronological timeframe.

Cultures have a given timing to deal with their actions. The velocity of a culture must be respected because individuals cannot change their speed, unless they are forced to heroic actions.

Therefore, one’s synchronicity depends on the characteristics of a culture.

Unicist ontogenetic intelligence of nature (UOIN) to influence adaptive systems

Unicist Ontogenetic Intelligence of NatureWhen dealing with adaptive / complex systems that have by definition open boundaries, individuals committed to find solutions need to understand the nature of the problem. And in order to understand the nature of a problem its ontology has to be understood.

The research on the UOIN was developed by Peter Belohlavek and started at the beginning of the 80’s. It was a step by step discovery based on the apprehension of the nature of social phenomena entering afterwards in the institutional and individual evolution. Its integration with biology and physics was the final stage that was achieved.

The ontogenetic intelligence is defined on one hand by a purpose and an action principle that puts the purpose into action sustaining its functionality and evolution or involution.  On the other hand, the same purpose is sustained by the energy conservation principle that complements the purpose to avoid it being changed by the action principle. The Ontology of Ontology

Living beings naturally transfer their functionality to the environment where they act, depositing functions that have the living being’s same logical structure and that generate the existence of extrinsic concepts.
Extrinsic concepts have the same logical structure but they are not implicit in inanimate beings; they are deposited by the living beings they are functional to. This is the origin of the ontology that has been used for many years in philosophy and now also in the field of systemic sciences, complexity science and to deal with adaptive systems. This is what unicist ontology is about.

Peter Belohlavek found that systemic methodologies did not apply to the research of complex systems where there is a conjunction of objects and/or subsystems. Influencing the future meant understanding the nature of a reality in its essence and not from an analytic-rationalistic approach.

To “manage” the nature of businesses the understanding of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature is necessary. You are welcome to deal with the nature of reality in order to be able to develop diagnoses, scenarios, forecasts and strategies.  In the field of adaptive systems “playing by ear” produces paradoxical results.  The intuition has to be confirmed. This is just one case where the saying “hard training, easy combat” is confirmed.
