Economic Power puts Archetypical Power into Action

The Power of Nations is based on the construction capacity which is given by work and sustained by the non-exerted destruction capacity that we call dissuasion power.

This implies that the economic power has to provide the maximal strategy, the possibility of upgrading to the next step while the dissuasion power developed by the administrative authorities of the country provides the necessary secure environment to grow.

It has to be considered that the economic power is basically individualistic oriented. In the materialistic world the same “thing” cannot be shared. Money is in my pocket or it is in your pocket. It cannot be in both at the same time.

That is why the nature of the materialistic world is the dualism which naturally drives towards fostering activities based on individual initiatives.

This is not necessary at a subsistence level but it is a must if a culture fosters expansion and influence in the environment.

Unicist Anthropology – Discovery of Collective Intelligence

The discovery of collective intelligence allowed building a bridge between the archetypes and lifestyles of cultures and the social, institutional and individual behavior. Individual intelligence is always empowered or inhibited by the lifestyle of a culture which is driven by the fundamentals of the archetype.

Collective IntelligenceCollective intelligence is the driver that allows building intelligent synergy among the members of a society to better adapt to the environment.

It is easily noticeable in animals, such as ants and rats. It empowers their survival capacity and the expansion of their species.

Collective intelligence provides behavioral patterns that establish the cohabitation rules of a society and defines who is a member and who is an alien. It includes the transcendent and immanent aspects of behavior.

The collective intelligence is defined by the archetype of a culture and becomes materialized in its lifestyle.

Although different groups of a society might have different habits according to their possibilities, there is a common lifestyle defined by the collective intelligence that establishes the patterns of acceptable behavior. Those who do not follow these patterns are considered aliens.

Collective intelligence is the intelligence that allows social capital building and institutionalizing.

The collective intelligence works as a catalyst and as a gravitational force for individual intelligence. But the collective intelligence can also work as an inhibitor for the actions that can endanger the rules of a society.

The level of collective intelligence defines the level of development of a culture. Thus the power of a culture is given by the functionality of its archetype in the environment. The Japanese culture is a paradigmatic example of collective intelligence.

Apprehending and understanding the nature of a cultural archetype is necessary whenever there is a need to develop an action to exert influence in an environment. If the acceptable patterns of behavior are not taken into account, the individual will be an alien.

How Economic Growth can be Fostered

The unicist ontology of economic growth defines that it is based on the action of a technological driver and sustained by the need to avoid scarcity.

If we describe the concept of economic growth, its ontology or fundamentals, we can say that economic growth is driven by technology, monetary circulation, competitiveness and scarcity.

Considering the active principle, that sustains the maximal strategy, technology is the purpose that must be achieved in order to make an economy grow.

This purpose is put into action by a consumer’s monetary circulation and sustained by value competitiveness.

The active principle of economic growth requires:

  • Technology: technology implies an improvement of the generation of added value with less energy consumption and less energy losses. Thus the economy grows in terms of increasing the available added value that can be traded in the community.
  • Consumer’s monetary circulation: is the necessary money and credit available to access goods for the mass population.
  • Value competitiveness: is the capacity to compete providing superior value and not based on cost advantages.

The energy conservation principle, that sustains the minimum strategy, requires the integration of a need to avoid scarcity, productive monetary circulation to finance the production of goods and services and price competitiveness in order to win markets based on price advantages.

Democracy and Bottom-up and Top-down economic systems

Democracy is a bottom-up economic system but it has to be understood that ideologies and political power has to sustain social evolution and not the economic agents. This implies building a subtle equilibrium where economic agents drive evolution while political power ensures the present and future generations.

“Only by understanding the nature of a culture it is possible to design an adequate economic model that is adapted to such culture. An economic system can only work integrated within the values of a culture.

If it is not it will necessarily degrade towards dysfunctional trade-offs before it explodes or implodes.

In the world there are different levels of democracy. In the following pages you will find a description of the fundamental segments of democracy to be considered as an input and as a limit to define economic solutions in the public or private sector.

Democracy and economic models

To approach the problem, the first issue to be defined is the meaning of the word democracy.

Democracy can be described as the authoritative leadership of a group or community achieving consensus and efficiency, and making the necessary trade-offs in a context of evolution conflicts.

The concept of democracy can also be described from a participant’s point of view. In this case, the purpose to be achieved is efficiency, and consensus is a procedure to be used to make things possible.”

Countries evolution: Understanding the Archetype of Germany

The Unicist Standard to apprehend globalization requires understanding the evolution of the cultures that participate in the process. The understanding of the German Archetype will help you to understand its evolution and the evolution and possibilities of the European Union.

Archetypes are extremely abstract concepts that guide the behavior of a culture. They define the attitudes of cultures and drive their automatisms. Understanding them allows developing bridges to maximize expansion minimizing conflicts.

Understanding Cultures: The Archetype of China

The archetype of China is a unique case of a culture that has the capacity to grow based on the internal consistency of its model, a model that became complementary to the globalization process.

We strongly recommend watching the following video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2mRlgQKWlnQ

China’s Structure

China is a culture based on the consistency of the social and individual efforts and the capacity of accepting trade-offs to achieve the goals of the country.

The Chinese model has to be understood in itself without comparing it with other countries. It has multiple economic models working simultaneously. It is neither a communist nor a capitalist model. It uses multiple unique solutions which imply permanent trade-offs between the different models to achieve its growth.

The Communist Party can be considered as homologous to the ancient nobility in Europe but representing the interests of China as a country and the needs of its population.

Entering the Communist Party needs to be earned because within the party there has to be an ideological consistency to allow a democratic behavior. The Communist Party is the “Establishment” of China.

Confucius’ Concept

Confucianism is a functional philosophy for a culture that needs to grow in a context of an extremely large country with a large population. Order is necessary to sustain consistency.

Minorities in China have to behave within the limits of the explicit and implicit Chinese model. Censorship and self-censorship are a need to avoid that the culture loses its consistency. But although censorship becomes necessary in this context, it is also the implicit weakness of the Chinese archetype.

Cultures evolve based on their implicit weaknesses. Therefore, a generational change can be expected in this field depending on the new trade-offs the culture will make.

A Shielded Culture

China has been, is and will be a shielded archetype, protecting its culture and beliefs in order to ensure its consistency and allowing making the necessary trade-offs to grow.

This shield was represented by the Chinese Wall in the past, and now it is represented by the multiple regulations that establish the framework of the country.

Maximal Strategy

The maximal strategy of China is driven by the working capacity of the culture and the catalyst for the minimum strategy is their cultural shield that ensures the consistency of its actions. The cultural shield works as a protection from foreign influence and internal distortions.

Minimum Strategy

The minimum strategy is driven by the individual working capacity of its population. The entropy inhibitor, to ensure the achievement of growth, is the ideological shield that ensures the focus of the efforts on the objectives that are being achieved.

The personal capacity of making trade-offs is installed in the population and makes individuals extremely focused achievers.

To apprehend the Chinese archetype it is necessary to understand Doers, avoiding ideological, religious or social comparisons. China was, is and will be unique. China doesn’t base its expansion on exporting culture, but on exporting products.

Unicist Future Research: The Archetype of China

We invite you to apprehend the nature of China’s archetype. But consider that it is necessary to avoid comparisons with other cultures.

“The reach of one’s globalization is defined by the limit of the pronoun WE.”

If you are really interested in understanding the Chinese archetype we recommend listening to the lecture you find at:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2mRlgQKWlnQ

We strongly recommend “reading between lines” to apprehend the fundamentals of the culture. Access the information on the unicist ontology of economic behavior at: https://www.unicist.net/economics/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/ontology_economy_en.pdf

Only if the culture is within the limits of your “WE” you will be able to perceive aspects of the Chinese archetype.

Next week you will have access to the essential aspects of China’s culture on this blog.

Unicist Future Research: The elite in stagnated countries

Stagnated countries are those that cannot evolve with the necessary speed to adapt to the global world.

Describing the archetypical behavior of a culture it can be said that elites provide the active principle of a culture; the final purpose is in the well-being of the mass and the energy conservation is provided by the middle class.

Observing the behavior of the elite of a culture the evolution of the archetype becomes evident.

The elite itself is integrated by different groups. The dominant group of the elite is the one that establishes the trends of the evolution of the archetype. When there is no dominant group, societies’ behavior becomes chaotic.

When there is no dominant group in the elite that drives evolution, to avoid chaos, the government becomes the elite itself. In this case there can be no separation between the State and the government which is a basic condition for the existence of any type of democracy.

Free access to the discovery of the Unicist Ontology of the Collective Unconscious: https://www.unicist.net/economics/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/collective_unconscious_en.pdf

Governments in democratic countries represent all the groups of the society as their administrator to provide well-being and a place for the next generations.

When a culture is stagnated the government positions naturally exerting its power to sustain the elite while such elite just seeks for covering its own interests.

This provokes the need to increase the dualistic and individualistic behaviors in order to ensure the interests of the dominant group. If the government itself is the elite, the exertion of power increases and so does corruption.

All the countries that reversed an involution cycle could make it because the role of the elite changed towards proposing a higher level of archetype to ensure evolution. Usually, this turning point implied the existence of a majority of new members in the elite. This post does not include names of countries to avoid misinterpretations.

Unicist Future Research: the Nature of Democracy

The video on “The Nature of Democracy: The role of democracy in political, religious, military and business institutions” is now available.

The discovery of the unicist ontology of Democracy in human behavior allowed the emulation of nature and the description of the “objects” that define Democracy. Nature is organized by objects. Understanding the behavior of nature, i.e. wolves packs, democracy can be seen in action.

This is a synthesis on the live clinic led by Peter Belohlavek as part of the Goodwill Network activities for the community.
You will be surprised by one of the most significant discoveries: the unicist ontology of democracy. You will live the nature of democracy and its applications in the political and institutional fields.

You will see how democracy, in the wide sense, is in the nature of human evolution. But you will also see the limits of democracy.

The emulation of nature in a Democratic system requires the existence of integrated objects that define the functionality of Democracy.

This video is a mind-opener in the field of macro-democracy and a breakthrough in the field of applied democracy in one’s action field.

Peter Belohlavek says that Democracy was, is and will be the most efficient way to live, work and evolve.

Understanding that democracy implies “Cooperation in Diversity” is the challenge.
