Basic and applied research at The Unicist Research Institute has led to the development of a causal approach to the real world, designed to simplify access to the root causes of problems and to develop reliable future scenarios. It is based on understanding the functionalist principles that define the functionality of entities and the binary actions that operationalize this functionality. This approach enables the forecasting of business evolution when the context is known and the unicist laws of evolution are applied. It simplifies the complexity of the business world.
The Proposal
The Collaborative Agreements provide access to the causal approach to business.
They are based on the participation of business leaders in a collaborative exchange activity, where they engage in quarterly consultations on economic and business future scenarios and gain access to the functionalist approach through the Unicist Virtual Advisor to address the causal approach to business.
The objective of this activity is to establish a relationship that fosters complementarity between industry and research, embracing the new stage introduced by the causal approach.
This activity, driven by the unicist approach that emulates the intelligence of nature, allows for the management of the functionality, dynamics, and evolution of businesses.
It enables an understanding of the structure of business scenarios and the context that facilitates forecasting their evolution based on the rules of unicist logic. The logic of their causality is simple, meaning its complexity is governed by simple rules that merely need to be understood.
The use of the Unicist Virtual Advisor will guide participants in employing the unicist approach to access the causality of businesses. Below is the Good Faith Agreement we propose:
Collaborative Exchange
A Good Faith Agreement
This agreement is formed between The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) and ………………….. “Fellow” to engage in a collaborative and voluntary partnership aimed at mutual benefit. This collaboration is unpaid and purely voluntary for both parties.
Vision
The purpose of this collaborative agreement is to create a framework that leverages the principle of causality to influence and shape realities, particularly within the business domain. Causal approaches address the functionality of things and not merely their operationality. This necessitates a functionalist perspective that involves managing the underlying concepts of ongoing phenomena.
Mission
The objective is to facilitate a causal approach to business and manage the root causes of problems by establishing an exchange and research space, to develop causal industry and business scenarios.
Contributions from TURI
TURI will provide access to its unicist knowledge base, which facilitates a causal approach. This access is granted through the Unicist Virtual Advisor, which delivers the information necessary to manage a functionalist approach to dealing with causality.
Contributions from the Fellow
The Fellow member will participate as an expert to give feedback to quarterly questions that are posed to develop future scenarios in the field of their activities. They will receive the conclusions and findings from the future scenarios they contribute to.
Term and Termination
This agreement is valid for a period of one year and will automatically renew unless either party opts out. Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time. The formalization of this agreement is done by email.
This good faith agreement underlines the commitment of both parties to engage in collaborative, voluntary, and beneficial work.
