The Unicist Algorithm for Business Growth

The purpose of the ontogenetic map of business growth is to generate economic growth which is based on the integration of technological differentiation, with the capacity of generating monetary circulation in a context of competitiveness and scarcity.

While the vital space expansion is based on the capacity to generate additional value, the assurance of the vital space is based on the power of the organization measured in terms of its institutionalization that makes it fully reliable for the market. The business growth context is what establishes the environment for specific actions.

The Timing of Actions

The timing of actions implies being able to generate the synchronicity that is needed in order to develop solutions that have the necessary impact and focus to influence the environment and create the conditions to take advantage of the opportunities.

Timing implies that the business is moving at a speed that is analogous to the speed of the market. This speed is given by the power of a business that is defined by the quantity of work it is able to develop in a unit of time. Timing is what makes synchronicity possible.

Ontogenetic Maps for Business Growth

The unicist growth technologies have been developed for supply driven, innovative, high value, differentiated products and services and ethical markets. These technologies sustain the action of the Unicist Business Platforms to generate market growth.

The Unicist Standard in Economics presented by Peter Belohlavek produced a breakthrough to deal with the ontological structures of societies, technologies and the political system to define what is possible without making shortcuts.

35th Anniversary of The Unicist Research Institute

June 1976 was the beginning of the research of evolution in the field of complexity science. It was focused on approaching the nature of reality which required an ontological approach to the basic research and an object driven approach in the field of application.

The research drove to the discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, the unicist ontology, the unicist logic, the complexity science research methodology and the human ontointelligence.

This provided the basic knowledge to develop more than 3,500 applicative researches in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution that were finished until September 2010. The research work is still ongoing.

Social leadership: The ontology of the solitude of power

Leadership implies integrating an existent authority with a necessary participation within the limits of non-exerted power.

The active function of leadership is participation and participation implies being able to exchange with others. Therefore participation is only true when individuals are able to do their part alone and are willing to share.

People who cannot deal with “something” cannot share with others because they have “nothing”. In this case participation becomes a manipulation to avoid assuming the responsibility of what one needs to do alone.

Leadership drives naturally to solitude. Leadership can be exerted if an individual is driven by self-fulfillment and sustained by the power of solitude.

Self-fulfillment implies that a leader is doing something that is meaningful and is part of what s/he loves.

Individuals can do what they love and/or love what they do. Both aspects are part of self-fulfillment. This allows leaders to go beyond existing boundaries and develop maximal strategies.

On the other hand, minimum strategies require that the leader be able to solve the problem for her/himself. To do so leaders need to be able to access their internal power in solitude. Minimum strategies imply assuming the full responsibility for making things happen.

Natural Organization: Institutions considered as objects

Institutions are organizations that fulfill the transcendent and personal goals of a group, have a mission to do so, rules to work, guidelines to drive the internal behavior and procedures to develop their activity.

At an operational level the institutional concept can be described in the following matrix.

At an operational level, permanence of institutions is defined through their mission, rules, guidelines and procedures.

Their members are those who accept this environment as their own and differentiate the inside from the outside of the organization. Institutions need to have a “wall” separating them from the rest of the world. This wall is defined by the mission, vision, action plans and rules that are applied.

The institution exists when the non-fulfilment of the rules is not acceptable. But this wall needs to have doors to communicate with the environment and gatekeepers to control the communication.

Thus there are four different institutional segments:

-Transcendence driven
-Value driven
-Ideology driven
-Materialistic driven
