Interpersonal written or spoken language requires the use of words which, according to their meaning, define the functionality of communication.
The research on the unicist ontology of languages, carried out at The Unicist Research Institute, among other aspects, explained the functionality that is implicit in the use of words. The results of this research helped individuals to diagnose reality based on the facts implicit in what is said.
Being aware of the nature of a conflict is a key factor to learn to use the right kind of words in conflict management. And this means using those words that are functional to a situation at the right time. This is not a question of good or bad, it’s a question of functionalities.
The Unicist Ontology of Language provides a model to understand the nature of a communication process to profit from an early diagnosis and make decisions.
This ontology provides an approach to deal with the nature of what is being said, reading signs and listening to the implicit facts.

Innovation is the natural path to solve any crisis. Nothing will happen if people do not change in order to grow. Fostering innovation using Corporate Universities as a tool is a natural way towards growth. The first step of crisis drives backwards. The step forward can by accelerated using innovative Corporate Universities.
The structure of a Unicist Corporate University (UCU) has been designed to foster expansion both for the organizing institution and for the participants. A UCU works as a catalyst for the business of the organizing company and as a mind-opener for participants.
To foster expansion, UCUs necessarily need to go beyond the boundaries of the activity of participants.

Unicist approach to social heroes

Heroes make societies evolve. Their sacrifice is what makes a society shift to a superior level. That is why cultures that foster heroism, based on a strong nationality, evolve faster than those societies that look aside when heroes try to fulfill their deeds. Understanding the functionality of heroism and being able to recognize the difference between heroes and pseudo-heroes helps to understand the present and forecast the future of a society.
