What is Unicist Continuous Improvement about?

Unicist Continuous Improvement is based on the systematic improvement of the business objects that are part of the processes of an activity. This approach minimizes change resistance and maximizes the possibility of introducing the innovations that are necessary because they are installed in objects and do not affect subjects. The Unicist improvement uses business objects as catalysts within the alternative plans B and C prepared in case plan A is not implemented.
