The objective of the Global Unicist Confederation is to provide unicist object driven technologies integrated in the Unicist Standard worldwide.
The market
International corporations, investment banks and funds, middle size companies, family businesses, cooperatives and businessmen and women are the market for unicist technologies, products and services.
The business model
The UPP is based on a confederative, cooperative, multilocal, productive and decentralized organization. All the members are interdependent in the Confederation. All the productive services delivered by them have to be paid.
Members of the Unicist Confederation
The Unicist Confederation is integrated by Affiliates, Associated Consultants, Partners, Experts, Scientific Dissemination Centers, Allies and Adherents.
There are two businesses:
a) The Corporate Business which is decentralized on Allies, Partners, Associated Consultants and Experts.
b) The Individual Business that is centrally delivered and commercially decentralized on Affiliates which are organized by the Scientific Dissemination Centers.

Allies
They are organizations that are interested in using Unicist Object Driven Technologies which are providing complementary solutions to the market.
Partners
They are consulting organizations who decided to open a Unicist Technologies division to provide the content of the following value propositions:

Associated Consultants
They are individual professionals who decided to develop their consulting activity providing their clients with Unicist Object Driven Technologies.
Experts
They provide specialized technical analytical knowledge to be integrated with the Unicist Fundamental Structures in the Corporate Business. They have a framework agreement with a specific contract for each case.
The Individual Business
Scientific Dissemination Centers
They develop Affiliates. They might be independent Scientific Dissemination Centers or be part of a Partner’s organization.

Affiliates sell objects and technologies based on their Websites to individual clients:

Unicist Business Objects
The Unicist Confederation provides the necessary Unicist Certified Business Objects to install in the clients’ processes (Click here to see list of Business Objects). Objects are adapted to the market and type of business of the client.
They are provided as sets in order to work as a critical mass in the corresponding processes. Individual objects cannot be provided because they are absorbed by the existing processes.
The certification includes the monitoring of the pilot tests. The objects are centrally provided and the monitoring process is part of a Member’s activity.
Blue Eagle X-pert System
The Unicist Confederation has access to the centrally operated Blue Eagle X-pert System – BEES – to deliver diagnoses, prognoses and implementation plans. This access provides the necessary operation and quality assurance for the delivery of unicist technologies.
