Unicist Confederation's business model
The Unicist Network is organized as a multilocal cooperative confederation. Its mission is to provide unicist technologies applied to individuals, institutions and countries. The Unicist Confederation is a “production network”, based on CMMI guidelines, in which all participants add value to the final client.
The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) is a global research institution focused on basic and applied research on evolution. TURI's applied research is focused on the development of unicist ontology-based technologies in the fields of social, institutional, individual and business development.
The activities of the Unicist Corporate University are developed by counselors. The academic activity is based on individual programs using the unicist personalized education model.
All partners joining the Unicist Confederation, except the associated consultants, have participated in a personal strategy program and are users of unicist technologies. Consulting firms need to install a Unicist Technology Division. This division needs to be published on the partner's website.
The market
International corporations, investment banks and funds, middle size companies, family businesses, cooperatives and businessmen are the market for unicist technologies, products and services.
The business model
The UPP is based on a confederative-cooperative-multilocal productive decentralized organization. Partners are interdependent in the network. All the productive services delivered by partners have to be paid.
The central organization provides the productive network with:
1) The service of the Blue Eagle X-pert System (BEES) to support implementations
2) A bank of knowledge objects with countries' archetypes
3) A bank of knowledge objects with the structural segmentation of clients' markets
4) Unicist ontology-based technologies to transform complex problems into simple solutions. Commercial partners' activity is centrally supported with:
1) A Unicist Technologies sub-site, including the use of more than 30 e-books to generate Google references for the partner.
2) The organization of three Symposia and an annual International Conference presenting breakthrough discoveries in the field of individual, institutional, business and social evolution. These activities are open to potential clients' participation.
3) The maintenance of the Goodwill Network community. The Goodwill Network is centrally financed and fosters the unicist approach to reality.
4) Community programs of the Goodwill Network sponsoring clients.
5) A Google ads program. Each partner pays for his ads. The monthly cost varies from US$....... to US$..........
6) Unicist lectures to sustain Unicist Technology's image.

Membership costs
There are no membership costs for the partners of level 1.1 and 1.2. To ensure business affinity, the first contract with these partners is established for 6 months. Based on this experience, a 2-year or 5-year contract is signed as a second step.
