A Second Opinion Strategic Diagnosis for Personal Use is a structural diagnosis of a business, beginning with its nature (ontology) and ending with the action plans. It is based on the use of the Unicist Standard. The output includes diagnoses, prognoses, action plans, and strategic alternatives. The integration of these various aspects makes the results absolutely reliable. This diagnosis is developed using the information provided by the client and the facts of the business integrated with the information of our Cognitive Objects Bank. The quality assurance of the diagnosis and strategy is given by the use of the Blue Eagle X-pert System.

The Output includes:
Second opinion prognoses and strategic alternatives tied to the problems being solved.
A taxonomic action plan to implement the goals established by the client
A Unicist Scorecard and KPIs to monitor the business

The Input includes:
The objectives defined by the client.
Information provided by the client based on the solutions being sought.
Market and business intelligence resident in the Unicist Knowledge Bank and the Blue Eagle X-pert System.
