The Unicist Research Institute transfers the rights of use of the unicist technologies for this specific solution. If clients are interested in using the technology in their whole business, a price has to be agreed. To ensure results the strategic process is developed by the company's officers. When necessary the strategic diagnosis can be provided as an additional delivery from our counselors. Based on an intention letter a pre-diagnosis will be developed. This pre-diagnosis provides the necessary information to design the project, the objectives to be achieved, the technology to be transferred and the costs and payment conditions. The pre-diagnosis is done without charging costs to the client. The technology transfer agreement is based on a front fee and a success fee to be paid based on the results achieved. |
