The Unicist Object Driven Continuous Improvement Strategy develops a strategic diagnosis of the processes and objects an organization uses. This diagnosis proposes a strategy that includes the structural and operational steps to introduce systemic continuous improvement. It is based on the Unicist Standard and the ontological structure of objects and processes provided by The Unicist Research Institute.
Output
1) A diagnosis, a prognosis and a strategy for a systemic Continuous Improvement process including the results that will be achieved.
2) An action plan to implement Continuous Improvement using driving, catalyzing and entropy inhibiting objects within the processes.
3) The implementation of catalyzing objects to accelerate the production of results.
4) The implementation of a systematic learning activity if necessary.

Input
1) The description and functionality of processes and objects.
2) The ontological structure of processes and objects provided by The Unicist Knowledge Bank
3) The ontological structure of the business activity defined using the Blue Eagle X-pert System.

Back2back Design
The design of improvements requires the use of a participative design methodology able to deal with complexity. The Unicist Extreme Design -Back2back methodology provides the necessary technology for participative design.
Central aspects of this approach
1) Participative change implementation
2) Quality assurance improvement
3) Transparency improvement
4) Cooperation improvement
5) Innovation
6) Client orientation improvement
7) Unicist problem solving methodologies
8) Unicist scorecard and KPIs
9) Pilot testing and monitoring
10) Health, Safety, Security & Environment
11) Timing
Unicist Object Driven Organization using the Unicist Standard
An object driven organization implies the development of a maximal strategy that includes the design of processes based on taxonomic procedures to put them into action and also a shared vision that makes these processes consistent with the business. The minimum strategy is based on the use and reuse of objects within the context of methodic procedures to ensure their use and functionality. This is sustained by an action plan (a “to do” list) to guarantee the fulfillment of the minimum strategy. The methodic action plan implies that there is a system that is able to deal with extreme situations. Extreme situations are the cases in which objects cannot solve the problems “automatically” and need to be taken care of.
