“Business Diagnoses for Growth” provide diagnoses and alternative strategies for a business. The Unicist ontology based technologies, integrated in the Unicist Standard developed at The Unicist Research Institute, allow for diagnosing the “roots” of problems. They are based on the ontologies that have been researched in the industry and provide the necessary structural knowledge to develop reliable diagnoses, prognoses and action plans. It is in the Unicist Business Lab that these natural structures of businesses have been researched and modeled.

The Output of the Diagnostic System is:
-A second opinion of the growth possibilities of the business
-A taxonomic action plan to implement growth
-A Unicist Scorecard to monitor the business
-A conceptual benchmark comparison

The Project
The first step of any Second Opinion Diagnosis is the development of a project. The project always includes 3 alternatives.
The project is based on the output of the pre-diagnosis and establishes the possibilities of the second opinion diagnosis.
A front fee and a success fee based on results are charged for the delivery of these technologies.

Pre-diagnosis
Second opinion diagnoses are based on pre-diagnoses made to evaluate the viability of possible solutions for growth. These pre-diagnoses are made at no cost for the client.

Optional
-An Organizational Laboratory (Org-Lab) to optimize the workflow in the core areas. The Org-Lab catalyzes productivity an quality processes.
-A Market Laboratory (Market-Lab) to optimize the market expansion actions. The Market-Lab catalyzes the marketing and selling actions of the company.

The Blue Eagle X-pert System is based on processing the logical inferences of the onotology of a business based on its facts. It follows the general and particular laws of evolution in each field.

Fact based Diagnoses and
Object Driven Solutions
Diagnoses are made based on facts, considering their underlying ontological structure using the Unicist Standard. To do so there is a specific fact-book for all the activities included in the business.
Unicist technologies use the development of object driven solutions to build optimized object driven processes with quality assurance.

Blue Eagle X-pert system
The Blue Eagle X-pert System is the quality assurance system of the Second Opinion Diagnostics. It was designed to process information to build scenarios, and institutional and individual positioning and diagnostics.
Blue Eagle X-pert System’s technology is based on sign-based inferences. Symptoms, as opinions, are considered as signs.

Unicist Scorecard
Diagnoses include a quantitative analysis based on the Unicist Scorecard, which is totally compatible with other balance projection models, control panels and Balanced Scorecards.
